Hello fine people!
This is post is focused more towards the car dealership industry.
Car dealership go through a lot (pun intended) to get their used car lot looking good. It is an intense and fast paced game of buying a lot of cars at a steeply discounted price, spending as little as possible on them, and selling them at the highest price the market will bear.
Nowadays, everyone from the novice buyer, to VP of a major dealership chain knows exactly what a car is worth at any moment in time – and that value will change on a daily basis.
Most cars need minor issues to be presentable for sale. Simple things like detailing the car, and getting rid of the smell of a smoker, and removing the bumper sticker of the family vacation to Yosimite are expected, but there’s often more expensive things – new tires, engine repair, cracked winshield, and body damage.
If that weren’t enough, todays customer are pickier than ever. As new cars are becoming less and less affordable, customers are having to ‘settle’ for a used car, but with today’s mindset that car has to look new. It doesn’t matter to a customer that they are buying a used car, and with it some wear and tear. Their mindset is that if something is wrong, it’ll ‘bug them’ and eat away at their mental health. These are the new customers that we cater to, and we do our best to meet the challenge, so the little of things need to be fixed for the sake of the customer, and at the lowest cost for the sake of the dealership.
That’s where PaintCraft comes in. We can do what a body shop does at the fraction of the cost, in a fraction of the time. And it’s fun for us.
I made a full blown video on what we do for dealerships. Whether you work for a dealership or not, you might find this interesting. It’ll give you some insights on what dealerships go through to get a car ready for sale.
Please take a look, and send the video to anyone you know in the car dealership industry.
